T-box domain (PNSP>PNAP) mutant of Tbx6 RNA. It was shown that this mutant the mutant still responded to FGF. It was amplified by inverse PCR using the plasmid containing the unmodified Tbx6 gene sequence as a template and KOD polymerase (Toyobo) with the primer sets 5'-AGCCAACGGTTCGAAGTGGATGA-3' and 5'-GGCGcATTCGGATGCAAGAAAAATC-3' (substitution in minor case).
