It was shown that this mutant no longer responded to FGF. target fragments It was amplified by inverse PCR using the plasmid containing the unmodified Tbx6 gene sequence as a template and KOD polymerase (Toyobo) with the primer sets 5'-CGTCGGACGATGACGCTAGCAATCT-3' and 5'-GTGcAGGTGGTGATGATCCAATGCC-3' (substitution in minor case).
