The amplified fragments contain the entire open reading frame (ORF) of Tbx6, partial 5' and 3' UTRs with a modified sequence 5' to the translation start site (ATGTCAGCTTTTCCTATCTCCGAT replaced with ATGAGCGCATTCCCAATTAGCGAT)
