Construct used to overexpress COE in the TVC lineage using FoxF enhancer. A COE fragment consisting of the entire N-terminal region including the putative DNA-binding and helix-loop-helix dimerization domains [S6] was amplified from COE coding sequence using SpeI COE cds N fwd and XmaI COE DBD C rev (tatcccgggAGGCGTGATCCCGGCTGAC) primers. It was cloned in frame between an N-terminal HA tag, downstream of FoxF-TVC+bpFOG.
