ANISEED is a publication of CNRS, developed by the ANISEED Team and using the relational database schema Chado of GMOD and the WashU epigenome Browser.
ANISEED is based on published scientific articles. ANISEED cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision of the information available on the website. Users are warned that the information available are non-contractual and can be changed at each new release of ANISEED.
Some ANISEED Web pages may provide links to other Internet sites for the convenience of users. In the Genome Browser, this information can usually be found in the ‘About species’ page (for genome assemblies, gene models), in the track Information pages (for genome annotation tracks) or in the track description field of public track hubs.
The ‘About species’ page can be reached by clicking on the button near the Tracks and Apps buttons in the Genome Browser. To access the ‘Information’ page of a displayed track of interest, right/control click on the name of the track in the left-hand menu. The list of public data hubs can be reached through the Tracks menu. The ‘track description field’ of each hub is accessible by clicking on the hub name field.
Access to ANISEED may at any time be subject to interruption, suspension, change without prior notification for maintenance or for any other reason. However, we will do everything in our power to prevent interruption and do our possible to announce it through our mailing list and social networks.
