Construct containing the region upstream of Ci-Nut1 from -123bp to +94bp, inserted into the region upstream of Venus reporter gene. In this construct the second putative ZicL binding site was mutated, there is no effect on neural tube exression (construct named ZicL2(m59) in the paper).
