Construct containing the region upstream of Ci-Nut1 from -123bp to 94bp, this region is the minimal enhancer for Nut expression. This region was inserted into the promoter of Venus reporter gene. The Fox binding site was mutated, the expression in neural tube was enhanced due to this mutation (construct named Fox(m9) in the paper).
