Construct containing the region upstream of Ci-Nut1 from -123bp to +04bp and inserted into the promoter region of Venus reporter gene. This construct contains two mutations in the second ZicL binding site. These mutations enhanced the expression of the reporter in the neural tube (construct named ZicL2(m34) in the paper).
