This construct contains the Ci-Bra cis regulatory region from -483bp to the 17 first codons in which there insert a 309bp spacer between Su(H2) (212/204) and Sna2 (197/189). Expression is detected in all mesoderm lineage and in some ependymal cells of the spinal cord. The nucleotide +1 taken in reference corresponds to the first codon (contrary to the article where it corresponds to the TATAA box).
