This construct includes the 658bp of the 5 flanking sequence of the Ci-ZicL promoter region to codon 7 with mutations of the putative Fox4 and Fox5 binding sites. Fox4 AGGCAAATATCG -> AGGCGGGTATCG, Fox5 AAATAAATAAAG -> AAATGGGTAAAG. This construct did not diminish the expression in the B7.7 B7.3 B7.4 and B7.8 cells, but there is no expression in A7.3, A7.8 and A7.7 cells.
