this construct contains the -107 bp of the 5 flanking Ci-Mesp region which contains two putative T-Box binding motifs (construct named Ci-107 in the paper). T-Box2 : CGGCGATAA; T-Box3 : TAGACACCT. The T-Box1 is partially deleted. Expression is lost in the anterior tail muscles and the trunk ventral cells.
