4336-bp upstream region of Ci-tubulin-beta2 is connected with EGFP (construct named Ci-tubulin-beta2-EGFP(wt) in the paper). With this construct GFP fluorescence is observed in the brain vesicle, visceral ganglion, caudal epidermal and the adhesive organ.
