this construct contains the first 3kb of the 5 flanking Ci-Hndx promoter sequence (it starts in the previous gene). It was cloned into the pCES reporter gene containing the minimal Ci-Fkh promoter region and lacZ. Expression is observed in the endoderm, trunk lateral cells, and trunk ventral cells.

Be careful, coordinates in the paper may differ from ANISEED coordinates. We took the KH transcript model as reference.
