this construct contains the -659 bp of the 5 flanking Ci-TnT promoter sequence to the -35 bp. It was cloned into a reporter gene containing the minimal Ci-Fkh promoter region and lacZ. Staining is restricted to the tail muscles, the trunk ventral cells and to the central nervous system as seen for the endogenous gene.

Be careful, coordinates in the paper are different from ANISEED coordinates. We took the KH transcript model as reference.
