this construct contains the -903bp to -350bp of 5 flanking region of 29h10 gene. It was cloned into a reporter gene containing the minimal Ci-Fkh promoter region and lacZ. Expression is restricted to the endoderm and TVCs as seen for the endogenous gene but this enhancer also drives expression in the tail muscle, although this is not seen in the endogenous expression pattern.

Be careful, coordinates in the paper are different from ANISEED coordinates. We took the KH transcript model as reference.
