This construct contains the 400 bp region of the Ci-trop 5-flanking sequence (from -1.8 kb to -1.4 kb) fused with the Ci-fkh/lacZ (the -0,45kb upstream ci-fkh). Expression in the notochord is lost, ectopic expression is observed in the mesenchyme.

Be careful, coordinates in the paper are different from ANISEED coordinates. We took the KH transcript model as reference.
