Description

This Ciona robusta Fucosyl Transferase control region drives expression in the b-line from late gastrula stage.
Original comment : The upstream regulatory sequences of the Fucosyltransferase-like (FT) gene become active in ectoderm cells from the 64-cell stage, when the ectoderm genetic programme is already underway and when these cells no longer express Foxa.a, Foxd or Fgf9/16/20.
