Description

This sequence contains the cis-regulatory module CRM2 and CRM1 (as defined by Ogura and Sasakura, 2016). In this variant, both GATA binding sites of CRM1 were mutated (replaced by AATA), and the first AP-2 binding site of CRM2 (ie. the closest to the +1 of transcription) was also mutated (GC turned to GT).
