Description

This region is the Mesp190 minimal cis regulatory element. It contains Tbx6b/c, Lhx3 and Ets1/2 domains. Inactivation of TBx6b/c or Lhx3 domains can drive to a reduced expression of Ci-Mesp or ectopic expression.

In this construct, the first Lhx3 regulatory motif was mutated.

JGI transcript model was taken as reference for the region s coordinates.
