construct named DeltaSnP in the paper. This construct includes the 658bp of the 5 flanking sequence of the Ci-ZicL to codon 7 with an internal deletion between -205bp and -89bp. The expression was faint in B6.4 and not observed in B6.2 cells. These results suggest that the region between nucleotide positions -205bp and -89bp is an enhancer module necessary for activation in B6.2 and B6.4 cells.
